Return Policy
At PetUnique, LLC, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and undamaged items purchased in person from PetUnique, LLC or online at PetUnique.com or PetUniqueOnline.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. (day package is received is day one). No exceptions.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 7 days of original purchase date and items must be unopened and undamaged. You will be issued store credit within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled with no fee up to 24 hours prior to the day of shipping. After that time a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Damage Policy
If return is due to shipping damages please see above Return Policy. In addition the following will apply:
We will make every effort to replace any damaged item(s) from within the gift or issue an immediate credit for the damaged item(s) to ensure your satisfaction. Please be prepared to provide proof to the carrier and/or PetUnique, LLC of the damage that has occurred. The taking of photos and retaining all packaging materials should be available if the carrier requests proof of damage. Credit under our damage policy is issued within 2-3 weeks.
